1. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unsealed products.
2. Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Refunds
